We understand that holidays are a luxury that we all save hard for, and your peace of mind is incredibly important to us.
We’d like you to know, we are committed to ensuring that you feel confident and protected when booking with us, even more so in these uncertain times. So, we have introduced the following flexible terms, valid until the end of 2020, to provide assurance and complete peace of mind to you when booking with us, and throughout your holiday:
NEW Low Deposit for 2020
Secure your holiday for just £25pp, when you book before 31.12.2020*.
Book Now, Pay Later
Along with our new low deposit offer, we have extended the deadline for holiday payments. The full balance of your holiday is now due just 4 weeks before departure, valid until 31.12.2020*.
Until the end of 2020, you can change or transfer your booking up to 28 days before departure for no extra cost*.
NEW Enhanced Insurance Cover
Our optional travel insurance can include cover for Covid-19 for a small supplement.
Flexible booking terms are valid for new holiday bookings made by 31.12.2020. Flexible booking terms do not apply to Airtours or Cruise holidays. New low deposit of £25 has been reduced from our standard £75, and is valid for new bookings made by 31.12.2020. Book by 31.12.2020 to qualify for our Book Now, Pay Later offer. Amend your booking for free (normally £5 fee per change) by 31.12.2020. All holidays are subject to availability. Lucketts Travel reserves the right the end this offer at any time.
Bonded Coach Holidays
We’d also like to remind you that your money is protected by Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH), a government approved financial protection scheme for consumers of package coach holidays. All Lucketts holidays are covered by the BCH scheme as standard.
We know that throughout the transition period, up until 31st December 2020, UK citizens can continue with travel arrangements to the EU as normal without any change. Please be assured that we are continuously monitoring Brexit travel legislation and we will go the extra mile to ensure customers are kept informed with up-to-date regulations, especially where any bookings are affected.
