Bordered by pine forests and a huge sandy beach the town offers designer shops and a host of lively restaurants and bars. We then head to Boulogne, at the mouth of the river Liane is France's biggest fishing port. It has been an important town and port since Roman times when it was the main link for trade and military movements between Roman Gaul and Britain. You will find many shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as taking a leisurely stroll by the port. We finish our day with the return channel crossing and head back to our hotel.
