Tour Itinerary
Day 1

We take a leisurely drive west through the Hampshire and Dorset countryside arriving at our hotel in Sidmouth in time for dinner.

Day 2

Donkey Sanctuary & Sidmouth
Our day begins at the Donkey Sanctuary, home to hundreds of donkeys in need of the charity's care. Founded in 1969 by Dr Elisabeth Svendsen with one Donkey, the sanctuary has grown in size to an award-winning visitor attraction home to donkeys, mules and hinnies - large and small. The resident donkeys love to meet new people and their unique characters and stories are ready to be discovered. There's also secret gardens and tranquil countryside walks to explore while your here. In the afternoon we return to Sidmouth to allow you to explore the Regency resort at your own pace. Situated on the Jurassic Coast, and England's first natural World Heritage Site, Sidmouth is home to beautiful beaches, stylish eating places and great shopping, with everything from unusual gifts, designer clothing and lifestyle goods available.

Day 3

We enjoy today at leisure in Exeter, a city rich in history, with a magnificent cathedral, imposing Roman wall, beautiful quayside and award-winning Royal Albert Memorial Museum. On our return to the hotel we visit Exmouth where the River Exe meets the sea and is known for its 2 miles of golden sands & glorious floral displays. With plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants there's something for all tastes.

Day 4

Okehampton, Tavistock & Buckfastleigh
Today we take a scenic drive of the Devon countryside. Starting in Okehampton for some free time before continuing to Tavistock where we make a lunchtime stop (lunch not included). Driving through Dartmoor, we continue to Buckfastleigh, our final stop of the day before returning to the hotel.

Day 5

Depart after breakfast for the journey home.
