Tour Itinerary
Day 1

After an early start we make our way to Scotland arriving at the hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2

Isle of Arran & Brodick Castle
Today we board the ferry at Ardrossan and sail to Brodick on the Isle of Arran, known as 'Scotland in Miniature'. Arran is like a condensed version of Scotland: it has mountains, lochs, rolling hills, meadows and is surrounded by a stunning coastline. We stop at Brodick Castle which is in a scenic setting by the sea, surrounded by gardens, hills and overlooked by the majestic mountain of Goatfell. Its history can be traced back as far as the Vikings. After free time for lunch in Brodick, we take a scenic drive around the island, making a stop at Arran Aromatics, Scotland's largest independent manufacturer of branded toiletries, soaps and candles, all of which are made on the island using natural ingredients. Have time to visit the shop here before we board the ferry back to the mainland, arriving at our hotel in time for dinner.

After a leisurely Scottish breakfast, we make our way to the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum which offers a unique encounter with Scotland's favourite son. Set in 10-acres of the poet's cherished countryside, the museum includes the famous Burns Cottage, where the poet was born, the historic landmarks where he set his greatest work, the elegant monument and gardens created in his honour and a modern museum housing the world's most important collection of his life and works. There is time for lunch before we continue to Culzean Castle, one of Scotland's best loved castles. Enjoy a guided tour of the castle and free time to explore the gardens, deer park and swan pond before returning to our hotel for dinner.
