Guests are encouraged to explore in silence to not to disturb the (Fictional) family of Huguenot silk weavers from 1724 to the dawn of the 20th Century. Each room is lit by fire and candlelight, the smell of food and faint background sounds build upon viewers imagination. This experience has been running for over 35 years and is one of the rarest in the world.
Please note: In order to preserve the quality of the carpets and floors, the museum asks to please refrain from wearing stiletto heels and shoes with deeply ridged soles.
