The fleet is continually serviced and managed at the Lucketts Travel Group own maintenance facility by a professional team of engineers.  They recognise the need to always exceed the statutory VOSA requirements, so as to satisfy not only the Directors but also the exacting standards of customers.  As an example, a faulty air-conditioning vent would not compromise safety but neither will it enhance a customer experience.


The Lucketts Travel Group:


  • Has a dedicated Engineering Director to oversee all fleet safety and maintenance across the Group.


  • Undertakes a full safety inspection of every vehicle every 35 days or sooner if required.


  • Ensures all engineers are fully qualified.


  • Ensures all vehicles are subject to a rigorous preventative maintenance programmes, maximising reliability and safety.


  • Provides 24hr breakdown cover, with the reassurance of the services of fellow Guild members around the UK in the unlikely event of vehicle failure.


  • Has its own facilities in all depots that include fully automated coach washing W.C cleansing, refuelling, parking and 24hr maintenance.
