If you are hiring any of our coaches, please be assured that the vehicle fleet is continually maintained and managed in Lucketts own maintenance facility and work space. The professional team of engineers ensure vehicles are kept to the very highest standards at all times. It is recognised that simply meeting VOSA statutory requirements is not enough to satisfy both the company and our and our customers exacting standards. A faulty air-conditioning vent will not compromise safety but neither will it enhance a customers experience.

 

Lucketts Travel has:

 

  • A dedicated Engineering Director to oversee all fleet safety and maintenance

  • Undertakes a full safety inspection every 28 days or sooner if required

  • All engineers are fully qualified

  • All vehicles are subject to a rigorous preventative maintenance programme to maximise reliability and safety - not just fix problems

  • Take great pride in MOT record and VOSA Encounter reports which are consistently one of the highest in the UK

  • In the unlikely event of a vehicle failure, the 24hr breakdown cover can additionally call upon the services of fellow Guild members around the UK if

  • required.

  • We have our own depot facilities including fully automated coach washing, WC cleansing, refuelling, parking and 24hr maintenance
